Grade Tech Power Services is celebrating 14 years of providing excavating and grading services. Founded on October 5, 2005 by Billy and Rory Hall, Grade Tech has grown into a trusted partner on highly-regulated projects across the Northwest and has developed a reputation for quality, safety and advanced technology/equipment. Amongst its employee team, Grade Tech is known for its employee-centered culture, providing open communication as well as opportunities for training and advancement.

“My dad and I are so proud of the company we have built over the past 14 years and the fact that our company not only provides top notch service to our clients, but also offers local men and women the opportunity to build lifelong careers that can support their families,” said Rory Hall, Operations Manager and Co-owner of Grade Tech Power Service. “Excavating and grading is sometimes seen as a lost art, but this type of work is important to our country’s infrastructure and provides a rewarding and sustainable career for those who choose to enter the trade.”

Grade Tech Power Service was built on the premise that to provide superior service, you need to invest in both equipment and people. To that end, we strive to keep pace with the latest equipment such GPS-enabled heavy equipment and the CAS AT7 Slinger, an un-manned, remote control, four wheel drive all-terrain slinger. We also go to great lengths to provide a safe work environment, advanced training, a sustainable work/life balance and opportunity for career growth for our team members.

“I wouldn’t trade the past 14 years for anything,” said Billy Hall, Co-owner of Grade Tech Power Service. “I am so grateful to everyone who has been a part of this – from our clients and partners to our employees and their families who have supported us every step of the way. We are looking forward to the many more years of serving the power industry and to growing our business and our team for the future.”
